Break time!, [Open]

Inside the main workshop for Support students was roughly lunch time at this hour. Here, Myrl sometimes retreats when an idea comes to mind that requires some bit of work since access to the shop is limited on school days. Her corner of the workshop wasn't so much riddled with the constant hammering or gearbox grinding as others. There wasn't a lot of metal to be found at her work station either. Diagrams laid out for model guns and an assortment of air soft magazines rested in a towering pile just threatening to fall over math and science textbooks for class. At least one area of the work table was kept bare but, oddly enough, the order of this station wasn't present. Instead they sat huddled in front of an oven on the floor. The oven was of a small scale and a left over product of another student's workshop area. Most of the time it was used to warm up cold lunches and bake chicken. Today was Myrl's reservation to use it for a project so other students had to settle for a microwave or other means.
Myrl stared at the timer winding down and the inside past the glass at an object wrapped up in tinfoil. It was taking unusually long to bake and she checked it twice only to shove it back in and crank up the temperature. "Should be done soon though. Hhrmm," she sighed and rolled her fingers together to start crafting up a little rubber ball. It started about the size of a pellet before she started to tug on it like taffy and reshape it back into a ball idly. The egg timer shaped into the all grinning face of All Might rattled down till it chimed, boisterously shouting in a prerecorded voice. "IT'S HERE!" The sound byte would repeat a portion of his classic inspirational catch phrase, now used to remind bakers to check their ovens for roughly $20 plus student discount.
Shoving the rubber ball into an apron pocket, Myrl sprang into action and grabbed for her oven mitts and dove into the oven. Hot air pushing back some loose stray locks of hair as she quickly turned the device off with a few button presses and returned to her work station. "Hmm hmm mm!~" She hummed and threw off the gloves and opened up the tin foil to reveal her freshly baked lunch of re-heated yakisoba noodles, grilled fish, and assorted vegetable tenpura. "Thank you for the meal!" The girl would call out, announcing her use of the oven to be complete and digging into her meal.
While she sat eating hungrily here in the workshop than having lunch in the usual cafeteria today, across from her sat a neat plastic container filled with white and pink gumballs sat on display over some green wrapping paper. Only about ten assorted globes sat out in the open shining with glossy candy coats.
Here lies Myrl's real project.

A hero didn't have much reason to be down in the workshop, minus maybe checking out some new gear, or talking with your mechanic about an issue you were having. Sadly for Yusuke niether of those scenarios were the case. In fact he was currently dodging wrenches and tools being hurled his way. "I SAID I WAS SORRY!" He spoke in a slightly panicked frightened tone as the female mechanic hurled more tools at him with surprising accuracy. You see, Yusuke had commissioned a special training dummy. After all not many people could lift and hit with the force of 28,000.
However, not everything had gone to plan. In fact it had taken 3 months for the dummy to be made, and leave it to Yusuke to break it on the first day. The girl was swearing up a storm as she chased the Trainee hero through the workshop. Yusuke finally was able to calm her down enough for her to stomp off back to her work station. Yusuke hung his head in shame. "Not like I meant to punch it into the sky..." He muttered sulking and wallowing in self pity before turning to leave.
As he made his way past the various workstations taking small peaks. He could see suits of all kids, colorful ones, dark ones, he saw gadgets of all sorts. He perked his interest and he wandered around a little bit more. He was oh so tempted to tocuh some of them, but alas he couldn't do it. He finally decidec to truly leave. He turned around and someone caught his eye.
Mryl Vasi a nice girl, very pretty and someone Yusuke honestly MIGHT have a little crush on. She was eating at the moments whihc Yusuke took as a invitation to talk to her. He put on a bright happy smile and made his way over to his desk. "Hey Mryl chan!" He waves at her as he approached. "Havin lunch? Smells good." He pulled up a stool and sits down. "Working on anything fancy?"

A rumbling clamor started to erupt from the more temperament side of the work shop. Myrl was no stranger to the angry sections of the work place invoked by the irresponsible members of the Hero class. Everyone in the Support department was no stranger to these woes. Inventors bemoaning about their latest project not making the grade or failing a field test. These sorts of things were common that made Support students dive into improving their talents for the next challenge. Top quality was key after all. No one would want it on their conscious that their invention failed a Hero horrifically.
As a socket wrench bounced on her work table and shuddered a magazine stack, Myrl reached around for the under bins to pull out a yellow hard hat for this occasion. She slinked down below the top of her work bench and started rolling her hands into a ball and blowing up a rubber umbrella to further cushion any stray hammers and screwdrivers to bounce off to the side. A neat little bunker despite the top surface of her desk being open to the elements. The basket of gumball looking orbs rattled and rolled a little their wicker holder.
The girl now hid this way, waiting for the storm to blow away of the hurricane of curses and swears at the unfortunate Hero to ruin another Support's projects. "Ooh, that must've been bad," she hissed in sympathy. A test dummy not even lasting a minute after it was finished. Whatever the student did must have bypassed the main design of it completely.
Her hand went to pick up her fork and began to swirl up a ball of noodles when the voice of a most jovial student came to her workstation. She looked up at him with the clear plastic umbrella tilting back slightly. Her yellow hard hat and lunch tray in full view from where she knelt. "Shounen Uehara," she greeted in mild surprise. He was gradually becoming a student to be the main tester of durability and anything generally 'Uehara proof' as a mock seal of approval. She smoothed out her dress a bit and nodded, removing the helmet now that the coast was clear and placed it back in a storage bin. "Just having lunch break actually. Still working on something with my quirk. And...well, still no luck with it." She admitted since it has been a goal that failed often. Despite her efforts, she couldn't figure out how to make her plastics activate like an explosive trigger but that wasn't her number one concern. Her number one was how to make real bubble gum with flavoring to it.
"Did you already have lunch to be down here?" Her fork continued to twirl at her noodles, making a mini hill of soy sauce pasta. She didn't get many Heroes to come talk to her at this station but many students not involved in a project would in be in the cafeteria by now. "Well, if you haven't eaten then I can share a bit of what I got. Just got it out of the oven."
